In our private infrared sauna suites, you'll enjoy mood-mending chromotherapy lights and the ability to listen to your favorite music, podcasts, or meditation right from your own phone. Great new yoga studio
Awesome vibes at Brightside. The size of the studio is nice because it’s not too big or too small and I like that they don’t have a mirror. It helps me stay more focused on sensation versus what my yoga postures look like. The infrared feels amazing without creating a suffocating feeling in the room, and I leave feeling that famous “hot yoga high”. I can’t wait to try a sauna session!
